Before you choose
Time travel is an important premise, with limited sustained exploration.
Meets the archive’s time-travel criteria. The mechanism is classified as Communication.
Michael handcuffs his addict friend Chris in a remote cabin to force him through withdrawal, and keeps finding photos, slides and recordings that show other people's fates and then their own possible deaths in the days ahead. Those messages from an unseen entity, which sees past and future, steer the men's choices throughout and make the film a story about being watched across time. The temporal communication is the central premise, but Resolution itself never shows travel or a reset; the endless loop it ends on is only implied, and spelled out later in The Endless, so it stays at 5.
Mysterious recordings show possible future deaths and direct the men’s actions; later franchise context suggests a repeating interval as well.

Aggregate source ratings
Titan combines the archive’s quality, audience and legacy base with the significance of time travel. It is an index, not a score out of 100, and is distinct from the FMV archive’s scoring model.
Titan = base × [0.20 + 0.80 × (time-travel score ÷ 10)²]
This film: 62.86 base × 40.0% weighting.
Partial inputs flag incomplete source metadata. Provisional weighting flags a time-travel assessment that remains uncertain; it receives no additional confidence penalty.
