Chelsea is an American visiting England for work. While inspecting an old estate for its real estate potential, she notices some strange lights in the cellar. She discovers a "portal" of sorts that shows her the past (end of 1700s) and the dashing owner of the old estate. When an accident occurs, the gentleman (Charles) comes through and gets stuck in the present day.

Before you choose
Time travel is an important premise, with limited sustained exploration.
Meets the archive’s time-travel criteria. The mechanism is classified as Unknown.
Confirmed 6/10: inspecting an English estate, Chelsea finds a mirror portal to 1799 and its owner Charles, who crosses over and gets stuck in the present. Their cross-era romance and attempt to save the estate, which may require sacrifices in both periods, carry the film.
A manor contains a portal connecting the present to its eighteenth-century owner; the synopsis leaves its cause unspecified.

Aggregate source ratings
Titan combines the archive’s quality, audience and legacy base with the significance of time travel. It is an index, not a score out of 100, and is distinct from the FMV archive’s scoring model.
Titan = base × [0.20 + 0.80 × (time-travel score ÷ 10)²]
This film: 41.31 base × 48.8% weighting.
Partial inputs flag incomplete source metadata. Provisional weighting flags a time-travel assessment that remains uncertain; it receives no additional confidence penalty.
