Why the archive makes this assessment (spoilers)
Twelve-year-old Jesse, raised as an orphan in a post-apocalyptic 2007 after being sent back in time with his sister, learns that his parents are alive as contestants in deadly games staged across Earth's history by alien gamblers from a parallel universe, who bet on the outcome and drain the losers. With the help of Isaiah, Jesse travels through time from one historical arena to the next to rescue them. Moving between eras drives the whole film, as in Time Bandits. It stays at 7 because the eras are game settings with no lasting effect on history, and the confused plot leaves how the travel works unexplained.
Jesse explicitly travels through time to stop villains from a parallel universe; the means are unspecified.

How Titan works
Titan combines the archive’s quality, audience and legacy base with the significance of time travel. It is an index, not a score out of 100, and is distinct from the FMV archive’s scoring model.
Titan = base × [0.20 + 0.80 × (time-travel score ÷ 10)²]
This film: 27.42 base × 59.2% weighting.
Partial inputs flag incomplete source metadata. Provisional weighting flags a time-travel assessment that remains uncertain; it receives no additional confidence penalty.
