Why the archive makes this assessment (spoilers)
The ending reveals the future-visitor story as an advertising hoax; no actual temporal journey is established. Score 0 measures literal time-travel significance, not the prominence of the fraudulent premise. Replaces the prior 7 based on a synopsis that omitted the reveal.
Maciej Pietrzak’s scholarly analysis (Images 28/37, 2020, printed p. 137 / PDF p. 11) explains the final reveal: the alleged future emissary and his campaign were a corporate publicity stunt for telepathic communication technology. The apparent future origin is therefore not established literal travel. Keep as a companion story about a time-traveller hoax, outside pure mainline. The Israeli Film Archive verifies the 1981 standalone feature and lists English as its language.

How Titan works
Titan combines the archive’s quality, audience and legacy base with the significance of time travel. It is an index, not a score out of 100, and is distinct from the FMV archive’s scoring model.
Titan = base × [0.20 + 0.80 × (time-travel score ÷ 10)²]
This film: 21.89 base × 20.0% weighting.
Partial inputs flag incomplete source metadata. Provisional weighting flags a time-travel assessment that remains uncertain; it receives no additional confidence penalty.
