Before you choose
Time travel drives much of the story.
Meets the archive’s time-travel criteria. The mechanism is classified as Mechanical.
Crime reporter Lewis Hicks finds his murdered girlfriend's killer's journal listing future victims, and its trail leads to James, a nine-year-old in a group home. The killer, Keech, turns out to be James himself from 2032, using a pocket-watch time machine to rewrite his abusive childhood, with each murder changing his past only to produce another bad outcome. In the rooftop climax the young James wounds Keech, and killing his younger self erases Keech and his intended victim. Literal travel and repeated changes to the past drive the whole plot, but they stay hidden behind a serial-killer procedural until the late reveal, so it stays at 7.
James travels from 2032 using a pocket-watch time machine to change his earlier life.

Aggregate source ratings
Titan combines the archive’s quality, audience and legacy base with the significance of time travel. It is an index, not a score out of 100, and is distinct from the FMV archive’s scoring model.
Titan = base × [0.20 + 0.80 × (time-travel score ÷ 10)²]
This film: 38.26 base × 59.2% weighting.
Partial inputs flag incomplete source metadata. Provisional weighting flags a time-travel assessment that remains uncertain; it receives no additional confidence penalty.
